There's no evidence of that that I've seen - just speculation. The
available evidence suggests the contrary.
I think it'd be pretty cool to let the dust settle on the whole awful
incident. Maybe at some point in the future we'll actually know what
happened. It /might/ then be appropriate to talk about it.
