I guess UN Civil Society Database could be one of the references although it doesn't have the exactly same category such as international ENGO. It provides general profiles of NGOs registered to UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) including address, contacts, activities, UN meeting participation, etc. According to their categories, there are currently 1586 civil society organizations whose field of activity is sustainable development, for example. 'Search' function is convenient when you look for NGOs by their names.
