Hi Folks, Hope you're all having a great summer. I'm writing on behalf of a young woman who has a BA in anthropology, an MA in Liberal Studies, and wants to find a PhD program that will allow her to research the impacts of international agreements on local peoples. She's not sure if she wants to go into academia or policy/NGOs, but it seems that both require a PhD these days. Any suggestions of programs or people she should check out?
