Here are a couple of other reminders: 1. The 2012 ISA Conference will be in San Diego from 1-4 April 2012. The deadline for the submission of panels is 1 June 2011. a. If you are interested in proposing an innovative panel, the deadline is 16 May 2011. b. If you are interested in proposing a working group, the deadline is 15 June 2011. c. For more information, go to www.isanet.org<http://www.isanet.org> 2. ISA may be changing the deadline for the Sprout Award to 1 November 2011. I'll keep you posted on what happens. If you want to nominate a book, contact your publisher ASAP. For more details, go to http://www.isanet.org/awards-grants/sprout.html 3. If you want to nominate a paper presented at this year's conference for the Graduate Student Paper Award, please submit your nominations (including self-nominations) to me by 1 June 2011. The author must be a graduate student and the paper should not be co-authored by a faculty member. Best to send these along sooner rather than later, lest you forget. 4. Finally, ESS has a panel slot reserved for the British International Studies Association conference in Edinburgh, Scotland from 20-22 June 2012. If you want to propose a panel, please let me know by 1 June 2011. Hopefully, by then I will have more details.
