Environmental Policy Faculty

We are seeking an expert in environmental policy for a full-time position on 
the Faculty of the Bard Center for Environmental Policy (Bard CEP), with a 
start date of August 2013. This position is for a three-year term, renewable 
upon review for successive three-year terms. Responsibilities include teaching 
a year-long course in general environmental policy, a one semester course in 
climate policy, and one additional course in the M.S. degree programs at CEP. 
The policy sequence is part of a modular, integrated core curriculum with 
concurrent courses in environmental economics, environmental science, and law. 
A commitment to interdisciplinary teaching is thus essential.

Faculty at Bard CEP are expected to be actively engaged in research and other 
professional activities appropriate to a graduate program in environmental 
policy. CEP trains leaders in environmental policy, with a commitment to 
exploring and advancing sustainable practices in resource management, 
agriculture, economic policy, and business. The position requires completion of 
the Ph.D. by time of hire. International policy expertise preferred. For more
