The annual meeting of the Association of Environmental Studies and Sciences (AESS) will take place next year from June 19-22 at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. The conference theme is "Linking Rural and Urban Societies and Ecologies." The program committee is current seeking proposals for workshops, symposia, panels and roundtables (proposals do not have to track the theme of the conference).
Proposals may be submitted at: http://www.aess.info/content.aspx?page_id=22 <http://www.aess.info/content.aspx?page_id=22&club_id=939971&module_id=12434 1> &club_id=939971&module_id=124341 AESS is an excellent conference that "walks the walk" in terms of interdisciplinary scholarship.
