Hi all, Anne-Marie Slaughter (2004) uses INECE (the International Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement) as one of her frequent examples of a "transgovernmental network" - a transnational network of non-diplomatic governmental officials. I am interested in compiling a list of similar networks that are:
- transgovernmental in this sense - in the environmental area - with open membership, i.e., not invitation only or not an EU network Please send suggestions to me off-list, and I'll compile a list for the list. If you've written something about one of these, I'd love to have the cite. Thanks!
