Folks:

A new Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives report just out raises
interesting speculations about the possible course of climate litigation in
coming years.

For anyone including discussions of climate justice in courses this may be
of considerable interest. especially because its written in plain English
and doesn't assume a legal background.
