Вуден, Ph.D.Доцент, специалист в вопросах политики и методов ее реализации в области окружающей среды* *----------------* *2 Visiting Assistant Professor Positions, Environmental Humanities and Environmental Planning, Bucknell University Environmental Studies Program* The Environmental Studies Program at Bucknell University is accepting applications for two appointments as visiting assistant professor - one in environmental humanities and one in environmental planning and sustainable resource management - for the 2015-2016 academic year. Teaching experience is desirable for both positions. For the environmental humanities position, a completed or nearly completed Ph.D. in environmental history, humanistic aspects of environmental studies, or a closely related field is required. Teaching responsibilities totaling 6 courses per year will include Introduction to Environmental Studies, Environmentalism and Its Discontents, Environmental Humanities, and some combination of the following courses: American Environmental History, Global Environmental History, or additional offerings in the candidate's particular area of expertise. This position is for one year, nonrenewable. For the environmental planning and sustainable resource management position, a completed or nearly completed Ph.D. in environmental studies or a closely related field with a focus in political ecology, environmental governance, or environmental planning is required. Teaching responsibilities totaling 6 courses per year will include Introduction to Environmental Studies, Environmental Planning, Sustainable Resource Management, and additional offerings in the candidate's particular area of expertise. Courses with a focus on sustainability, urban planning/cities, or climate change governance would be especially welcome. This position is for one year with a possible second year renewal. For both positions we seek a teacher-scholar whose experience and expertise will contribute to the Environmental Studies Program's diversity-related educational goals, including a commitment to teaching courses that address diversity and an emphasis on inclusive pedagogy. Bucknell is a private liberal arts institution with a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching. The Environmental Studies Program was started in 1979 and offers BA degrees in both Environmental Studies and Environmental Science.
