Dear colleagues,
I look for two sources of information regarding climate policy
1. Positioning of countries in international negotiations on climate change
2. Inventory of *national* climate policies.
Ideally, the datasets or source collection covers the period 1990 -
today, worldwide, yet any shorter time span or concentration on key
countries would also be appreciated.
If you could point me to sources or colleagues who have already
collected such information, I appreciate your direct email to me, and I
will post a summary to the list.
