Dear Gep-Ed, I am bringing a small group of graduate students with me to Paris for the UNFCCC COP 21 from November 30-December 11. If anyone from gep-ed is interested in going, I would be willing to add you to our civil society delegation. The final date to register participants is June 21. Every year I get a few emails from scholars and graduate students asking if they can go under my organization, and every year it is past the registration date, so I thought I’d send this out now.
The only small caution is that the UN has said that they may impose quotas on organizations, but I’m assuming that will apply to the larger organizations that are registering 200+ participants, rather than small delegations, but we will know for sure by early July.
