Colleagues- I am pleased to announce the release of Enviro Rights Map v2.0 (www.envirorightsmap.org<http://www.envirorightsmap.org/>), a Google Maps-based visualization tool for locating constitutional environmental rights around the world.
Thanks to a collaborative partnership between Widener University Delaware Law School and the University of North Florida, along with helpful suggestions from conference attendees at Yale and Widener, Enviro Rights Map has been thoroughly updated to include solidarity environmental rights, procedural environmental rights, and statements of public policy for national constitutions across the globe.
