I and the others I assume are definitely NOT referring to organizations like Stockholm Environment Institute, but the numerous conservative think tanks that, among other things, have an extremely strong anti-environmental agenda--as Mayer and a vast amount of scholarly literature makes clear. We just need more balance along the lines that SEI brings.
