It's a 2 year fellowship that offers mentoring, teaching and research support, with the possibility of a tenure track hire at the end for scholars who embrace the notion that 'diversity is an indispensable component of academic excellence.' Anyone whose work aligns with a field or Department in the College of Liberal Arts can apply. This includes Anthropology, Communication, English, Hispanic Studies, History, International Studies, Performance Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Africana Studies, Journalism, Film Studies, Women's and Gender Studies and Religious Studies. Please feel free to forward this to any interested graduate students/recent PhDs. Further information about how to apply can be found here: http://diversity.tamu.edu/Seminars-Programs/ACES-Fellows I'm happy to answer any questions prospective applicants may have about life in College Station.
