Gep-Ed Colleagues,

I am pleased to share the latest special issue
<https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/lapa/52/5> of Latin American Perspective,
titled 'Amazon Rainforest and Socio-Ecological Alternatives in Latin
America'. This is a useful read ahead of COP30 and is the first issue
entirely dedicated to the Pan-Amazon. It features articles from authors
across the region discussing topics ranging from mega-projects to
indigenous rights and green extractivism. It was a pleasure to guest-edit
this with Felipe Antunes and Fernando Rugitsky, and to contribute a curated
selection of poems and fragments from Pará.

All best,
Claudia
