2 breeding pairs together? I don't think so. They must not have done
much research. Personally I would correct their info here (if you
haven't already) but I still probably wouldn't sell to them.

If they have a "price limit" I would be careful too. It's not
NECESSARILY bad, but it makes it sound like they only have X amount of
money available and won't be able to deal with emergency costs.

Yep seems like red flags to me. Maybe some people will think I'm a
little picky but I believe strongly in listening to your gut feeling
("vibes"). Even if they seem perfectly normal, if you have a bad
feeling... don't sell! I've avoided a few disasters that way. (like not
selling to people who soon after sold ALL their gerbils)
