****Yeesh thats stupid! Shouldnt the exterminators have been
responsible for
makign sure that law wasnt violated anyway? Common homeowner
wouldnt know
bout it necissarily but the exterminators should and they were
hired to take
care of the situation.

Realistically, if you had to hire a person to sit outside your house all day
and night, regardless of the weather, the expense would be enormous. No
"normal" (and I use that term lightly) person would pay through the nose for
that service when for a small fee you can have Johnny Gun come out and shoot
the critter. No muss, no fuss, and perfectly legal. So - unless you are
one of those "animal whackos" (I lump myself and most of you in this
category :P), humane trapping vs. swift execution becomes a "no-brainer"
