It's hard to tell. That first picture looks like there are TWO breaks,
in the second it's not so clear. I'd feel carefully along the tail. If
there are lumps or breaks along it, it's probably accidental. If it's a
smooth, regular feeling curl, it's probably genetic.
I don't really like the term "inbred" for defects, because inbreeding
doesn't really cause defects. It just makes the genes that are
defective more likely to express themselves.
