I have had a proposal that the Charter should specifically mention that
HTML posts should not be made to the list.

Any thoughts?

Don't know if this is a thought or not, but I am a bit frustrated with my
current mail server. Previously I subscribed to this list via my university
student account which I either used with telnet or I used with Netscape
messenger (which I can easily control how the message was sent). But now I am
subscribed through a "webmail" system, NETSCAPE.NET and I haven't a clue how
my messages are sent out. I can recieve HTML, but I am still not sure how my
messages are sent.

So, WAIT A SECOND! I think I figured it out. There is a little button I can
check-mark if I want this message sent as HTML. I guess it's sent as
text-only by default. Hey, Julian, thanks for making me think about this!

Go ahead and add something about HTML in the charter if you want.
