What are you using to clean out her home? It could be she
is allergic to that. Try just rinsing with very hot water,
or using rubbing alcohol when you feel you need to
sterilize. Rubbing alcohol evaporates and doesn't leave a
film. Also check her toys to make sure none are made of
cedar or pine. Check her location, is her home in a drafty
place?
