Congratulations! I am awaiting a first gerbil litter and was wondering how
you were able to tell the colors of the pups on the day they were born. I
thought they were all pink/no fur. Is there pigment on the skin? How
difficult is it to see the colors this early, i.e., does it take an expert
eye?
