Hello,
I am able to tell what colors I'm going to have by experience with this
breeding pair. I know that this pair can produce black, golden agouti,
nutmeg and pied Dark eyed Honey colored pups. Usually when a litter of this
size is born, I get just about all 4 colors possible for them to produce.
Knowing what colors this pair produced in the past, makes it easy for me to
figure what the newborns are. The darkest pups are black, the ones a bit
lighter are agouti, and the ones born all pink turn out to be the pied DEH.
Sometimes, the nutmegs are hard to tell at birth.
