It is difficult to say. They may share no genes that would make other
colours. In which case all their pups will be Golden Agouti.
If they both carry the same factor for other colours then you could get
others.

No. This is the normal sort of marking for all self (one colour)
animals.

That should sort it out. Are they otherwise well? If so, the problem may
be due to diet. Make sure you do not over feed veg etc.

Yes, use the split cage. Yes they should mate.
