Has anybody noticed a correlation between color and size of tuft? or maybe
some other pattern or something? My DEH has barely any tuft and my Argente
Golden has a big tuft. I don't know what to make of it, except that I like
bigger tufts :)

Hi Roger!
I too have noticed the variation in tail tuft size. It always seems to
be that the agouti's and argente's have larger tufts than any of my others.
However, to put another interesting twist to the story- my pied gerbils who
have the white tip at the end have bigger tufts, no matter what color. Hmm..
thanks for the thought!
