I also went to pet land MONTHS back, and witnessed a gerbil being eatin by
the other one. I was also very ticked off by this, and the people just said,
"oh, they fight sometimes".. and didn't do a thing about it, cept "tapped on
the cage a lil".. this upset me badly. Just call your local humane society
and report them, but be sure to go back in a week or so, and see if anything
was done about it, if nothing was done, please call them again.
