HELP !I am infected (this is in plain txt)

Can enyone please tell me how to get rid of that Kak Worm (which I get from
someone from this group) . Which antivirus program recognizes it (I use
McAffe , but it does not and now I don't know what to do+) .
Please! I don't want to spread it , and this way I am apologizing to
everyone I (by occasion) infected (and don't want my data to be destroyed
(while some of it is very important)).
