re how many gerbils

I have four tanks with between 2 and 5 gerbils. They are all mother/
daughters
or father/sons.

Re. someone elses querie, I have seen my males mounting each other non of
them seem to be particularly upset about it. I suspect its just because
there are no females around and every so often they simply 'get the urge'
