Nobody knows...
What exist in gerbils since a long time are so called "Himalayan Albinos"
or "Dark Tailed White" (with the gencode c(h)c(h)). They will become some
pigments on the tail, when some months old, or in combination with pp
remain white on their tails too and then are called "Pink Eyed White".
There are "Ruby Eyed White" gerbils too (aaC.ggpp).
