They may already exist. They were reported in:

Matsuzaki, T., Yasuda, Y. & Nonaka, S. 1989. The genetics of coat colors
in the Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus). Experimental Animals,
38, 337-341.

However, there is a great deal of scepticism about this paper as it is
full of inconstancies and includes one or two erroneous claims.

It may be that true albinos exist in Japan, but maybe not!

Now we have both ee and gg, and c[b] and p in most regions there are now
so many ways of making white gerbils it is difficult to be sure that all
PEWs are c[h]c[h]pp and that REWs are aaggpp.
