I presume you mean six weeks go and not six months ago. This is an
international list and across most of the globe outside the US dates are
always written day/month/year. For this reason it is usually best to
write dates in full.

It does sound very like the DPP we have seen in the UK. IE. One or two
roughly circular patches of a darker colour in pied gerbils that is/are
placed asymmetrically.
