Hello everyone, I've been off the list for awhile... I'm moving into New York City with my gerbies, Berry and Kuai. here in the burbs, i let them run around my room and play for an hour or so a day, every day usually. They really have alot of fun during this time. (my room is gerbil-proofed of course, there's no way for them to escape). My question: once I move into New York, and make sure they can't escape my room, how do I know its safe for them to run around in it? by this i mean, don't many landlords spray apartments with rodenticide/and roach bombs? are these only harmful to these animals if they are actually in the area being sprayed when its sprayed, or would the smallest amount of residue, on my floor or wherever, potentially hurt my gerbils? any insight anyone could provide would be greatly apprecited.. i would hate to have to keep them caged up all the time now.. thanks Andy
