That is a bit unfair. Visitors to the site have asked about purchasing the
books that we feature and we are just offering a way to be able to be able
to purchase those books. We list both of these books, but we do not want to
highlight books with a poor availability in the United Kingdom.
Anything that we make from these books is pin money compared to the funds it
has taken to set up and maintain the GERBILS web pages during the past two
years. Our accounts show that we have spent - to date - nearly �4000 on
maintaining the site, including domain names, commercial web space, video
equipment, purchasing books, software, computer equipment etc.
GERBILS is our web concern - above all else it is a labour of love. The
GERBILS web pages are totally non profit making and they will stay that way!
