While our young pair (especially male) eats everything that comes in front
of them in great ammounts -
our (8 months old) female (whose partner died about month ago) eats
very, very little (mostly toast and a few seeds) ...
We don't know if that is because she is maybe lonely (although she acts
completely O.K., she climbs , chews , digs , she goes out (when we let her)
etc.).
On the other hand she eats almost everything that we give her by hand (from
her's food bowl) - we even taught her to come into hand (to get seeds) when
we whistle. We don't know if she maybe expect us to feed her , or should we
leave her alone or ???

Thanks
