Hi Jill, this is an interesting question. It would be neat to have people post
pictures of different nest styles to some bulletin board for comparison. We
have one gerbil, Blossom, who is an incredible gnawer and loves to rearrange
the tank. It seems every time I look in there she's constructed a new style
gerbil city. If she were human she'd definitely be an architect (either that
or re-arrange the furniture every week!) Donna
