try sand next, this will require more work to clean. if that doesn't work-
take them away from the window, and away from smoking sources, like tobacco.

If you like in heavy wooded area's or having a major job being done on the
house, then an air filter will clean the air, but if smoking around then,
then it might not be a bad idea to give it up. If it bothers then, that
means thay are exposed to much dust, and smoking creates dusts.

For the smokers - the gerbils are very small, and have very small lungs,
this is a heads up that they suffer much faster, with diseases that can't be
stopped.

I just don't understand why people have to burn leaves, and breath in it's
smoke - just does not make sense.

Subject: Allergies??


I have a group of males that live in a large aquarium.  I've used Corncob,
Carefresh and now Aspen and some of them keep having bloody noses.  There's
never been any sign of a fight..but some always itch their noses.  I've
looked for mites but I don't see anything like that anywhere on them either.
What should I do now?
