Hi Kelly,

    I've found (being on the list for several months) the best ways to
get replies are:

1) Make sure you've read up on gerbil care already, so that you have the
basic questions already answered, here's a good site on Frequently Asked
Questions:

2) If it is an emergency, put "help" or "emergency" in the subject line
(also David Hinsley has and SOS email address, but I can't find it at
the moment.)

3) Ask one question per email and don't add a lot of extra text or the
question might get lost.

4) If someone takes the time to send a personal reply, send a personal
thank you.
