Hi list,
Well...my neighbors said the wanted to get rid of their hamspter and
so...my mom took him in. The neighbors couldn't care for him and said they
would probably jsut turn him loose is no one wanted him! He is a rather
sweet boy if you're calm with him. The home he was in ran a day care and
they also had 3 kids of their own so the little hamster wasn't treated very
well. He is VERY aggressive until he knows you're not a little kid.
I am interested in finding out what his color is and what is genetic make
up is. The neighbors told us he was a Dwarf hamster, but what kind of Dwarf
is he? If anyone knows of something similar to the Gerbil Color pallette for
hamster..please let me know. I think he is a "Dwarf Winter White
Russian"..but I'm not sure..I think hsi color would be called "Sable".
