I would be willing to help out with several aspects of this. I would be
willing to set up a free gerbil clipart page at my site. What I would need
is to find out if there are members of the list that would be willing to
donate pictures of gerbils, to become public domain. I could take them and
create buttons, lines, and backgrounds.
I would also be willing to help anyone that desires to have a website get
set up. There are a number of excellent free HTML editors for those who
wish to learn more than just the basics. There is also a free version of
ws-ftp that I have recommended to other site owners.
A web site is not an easy hobby! On the last site I created for Studio
North I spent hours on the wording of each page. How do I create the right
images? How do I get the point across without sounding repetitive? It can
be a great learning experience, but it is not easy!
Let me know if anyone else is interested in helping to set up a free clipart
page. (Donating pictures or graphic) Remember that once up they will be
public domain. IOW: free for the taking.
Thank you,
Janet and Liz
