Sure, that is what Sp does! Give spots, a white belly, a white tail tip
(mostly) and white feet!

That is true, but sometimes, and especially when people select for less
white in self animals, there is hardly any white hairs on the feet.
btw, about my black cat (which Julian must remember), she has a white bib,
white toes on all feet, but also has white hairs under her arms and between
the hind legs. She also has a black spot in her mouth, which is typically
with those white markings, so I have read somewhere.
