I agree with what the others have posted, it sounds like a seizure,
or 'fit' and not a stroke.  A stroke usually shows tremors, or the
animal circles frantically (whirling) or rolls over (and over and over),
or drags a limb or limbs or the hindquarters; or lies and shivers,
then seems very disoriented and may not be able to stand or move,
and lurches drunkenly at best, which seems to make it frantic and
it does it all the more.
