I'm sorry about your loss. Lisa, I don't mean to judge, or be mean, but
you've had what, three litters? And all the babies always die..or at least
some of the babies. Maybe your gerbils aren't meant to be parents, or maybe
there is something you could do to help them...do they have lots of good
food, bedding to make big nests, and a quiet spot to raise their pups? Are
you messing with the babies too much? Maybe you should get the parents on
some kind of medicine to prevent respitory infections (or put some in the
water bottle..you have one 5 week old left?) and maybe they need different
bedding, what are you using? Maybe they need different food?
