Lisa- No!:)I'm not getting rid of all my gerbils because of my dog! I think the message got confused here. The message of my e-mail was just saying WHY I got gerbils. I'm not giving up on them! A person can have gerbils and a dog! :)I'm giving away gerbils because 1.they need homes and 2.my mom wants them out. I guess I rambled on a bit...gerbs are very cute animals and I love them but I can't replace a dog with gerbils. I was just sharing a story and offering gerbs at the same time. Sorry if you find that irresponsible...i'm not about to dump them ina field and abandon them! No way! THAT would be irreasponsible.I'm going to continue caring for my gerbils until ALL of them have homes. Plus I'm keeping two.
