C: Dominance question

Hi all,

When I put my hand in the cage with something yummie on it, they both
crawl on it. But Mulder always pushes Scully away. This is the only
dominance or dominance like thing I ever saw with them. Should I make
sure Scully also gets her part or should I let them do? Would I
'provoce' Mulder with giving Scully her part? Sometimes Scully doesn't
let her be pushed away, but that's rare.
