Can anyone remind me what the procedure is for taping up a wire Exercise Wheel for Gerbs? We have one that our hamsters had used, & our 2 gerbs are beginning to use it on a regular basis. I recall reading somewhere that it must be taped to prevent their tails from getting caught, but cannot recall which places must be covered? thanks for your help!
