I'm thinking argente spot...they look gold-ish.  I can't tell how their
markings are, but they're either spotted or pied.   They look pretty small,
too.  4-6 weeks?  if they're eating they should be fine, make sure their
water bottle is low enough.

As far as sexing, I'm not sure how old these two are, but if you flip them
over (try holding them by the base of their tail, they won't love it, but
you can get a look) and they look different, one is a boy and one's a girl
Or you could compare them to your other gerbils.   I'd try to explain, but
it's hard to without sounding perverted.  Doesn't Julian have a "how to sex
gerbils" page?  Anyone know the link?"
