Then either your Burmese is not Burmese, or both your gerbils are
carrying pink-eyed dilution. Siamese and Burmese come in a variety of
shades. My guess is you bred two Siamese together, which would give you
whites. A Burmese with Pp and a Siamese with Pp would give 25% whites on
average as Burmese ands Siamese with pink eyed dilution are red-eyed
whites.
