Either this gerbil really likes you and gets lonely, or he is a case of
serious inbreeding...D'oh! Ive heard some gerbils who are from inbreeding,
have a tendency to like, spasm, or like throw a fit, where it seems like,
they are playing dead, or die..but return to normal after a few minutes. Ok,
theres my 2 cents, dont freak on me people if you think im wrong :P LoL!
