That should should work out well. Just don't leave mom or dad with
opposite sexed pups too long (after 6-8 weeks) or you could get some
litters there, too.
As you propably know, if dad is present the night of the second litters
birth, you will get the third litter. If the first litter gets to four
weeks without the second litter being born, you could remove dad and a
son and give him KMR morning and night until 5 weeks, just to make sure
the weaning is complete.
