She probably thoroughly enjoyed her little adventure.  Most gerbils really
enjoy the chance to explore territories new.  It is virtually unknown for a
gerbil to be so stressed that she aborts a litter.  Everything should be
fine.

BTW  Gerbils are not preyed on by cats in the wild and proximity to a cat
will not scare them in the slightest.  The downside of this is that many
gerbils end up as cat food because they do not have this fear.
