puffing up

hi everyone,
I have 2 males who are about 3 months old. Sometimes during the day one or
the other looks "puffed up". My son said "Cinnamon is getting FAT", but when
I picked him up, I noticed it was his fur, not fat. If it is a cold, are
there other symptoms or could this just be something he does. If he is
actually cold would he do this? We keep our house on the warm side.
If he does have a cold, is tetracycline the answer and can I get it at a
petshop? Are the dosages/proportions given on the bottle?
